Microsoft OCM Senior Consulting Manager

As a Senior Manager of Change & Transformation, you’ll lead people-centered change initiatives that enable the successful adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other enterprise platforms. You’ll guide organizations through complex transitions, aligning leadership, processes, and employees to ensure smooth implementations and sustainable performance improvement.
You’ll be responsible for shaping change strategies, leading delivery teams, and partnering with client executives from initial strategy and proposal development through execution. You’ll also mentor consultants, evolve delivery frameworks, and support the continued growth of our change management practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale change management efforts for enterprise technology implementations, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM, F&O) and related systems.
- Develop and deliver tailored OCM strategies, including stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, communication, and training programs.
- Partner with executive sponsors to assess readiness, manage resistance, and drive adoption across functions and geographies.
- Support business development through proposal creation, solution design, and client presentations.
- Manage project teams of consultants, trainers, and change specialists to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with client leaders, providing strategic guidance and identifying opportunities for continued partnership.
- Recruit, coach, and develop team members to strengthen consulting capability and leadership within the practice.
- Contribute to internal practice initiatives and foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- 6–10+ years of experience in organizational change management, communication, and training leadership for enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Proven success leading at least two full lifecycle ERP or CRM change programs.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Workday, SAP S/4HANA, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong understanding of key business processes such as supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, and finance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, deliver complex programs, and guide teams through ambiguity.
- Skilled in stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, design thinking, and user adoption strategy.
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Preferred:
- Certifications in Change Management (PROSCI, CCMP) or Project Management (PMP, Agile).
- Experience leading business development and pre-sales activities in a consulting environment.
