A tight-knit, rapidly expanding Global Maximo Consultancy with an extremely strong reputation in the EAM space are expanding their NA team with multiple hires. They have clients across a variety of industries and sizes, and you’d be working with one of the best EAM consulting teams in North America, with a genuinely fantastic culture of collaboration, knowledge-sharing and innovation specific to the Maximo space.

In this role, you will be working across numerous Maximo projects simultaneously from day one. For this reason, they are looking for Maximo technical and functional consultants with great versatility, hunger to learn and client facing skills. Generally aiming for candidates with up to 5 years of working experience with Maximo, and high-potential to learn more.

Willingness to travel needed. Seeking candidates with around 70/30 Functional to Technical responsibilities/skills. This is a perfect role for anyone with an early start in Maximo delivery and looking to expand their skillset!

Requirements

• Up to 5 years experience with implementing IBM Maximo solutions tailored to client needs.
• Heavy involvement in the functional responsibilities of Maximo implementation projects – gathering requirements, aligning business processes, leading client workshops etc.
• Ability to configure out-the-box Maximo solutions with Application Designer, Workflow Designer etc.
• MAS and Consulting experience greatly preferred
• Excellent collaborative team-working skills.
• Bachelor degree in a relevant degree i.e. Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering.
