Managing Consultant (DACH) – EPM

We’re hiring a Managing Consultant (DACH) to drive growth across key German regions including Frankfurt / Rhein-Main, Munich, Berlin, and Hamburg. In this role, you’ll combine hands-on consulting delivery with regional leadership, building a high-performing team and growing long-term client relationships.

The Role:

  • Build and lead a regional consulting team in Germany
  • Drive commercial development and aid sales processes.
  • Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Finance & Transformation
  • Act as Lead Consultant on client projects, staying close to the content
  • Deliver solutions across Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
  • Partner with leading software providers (e.g. OneStream, Oracle, Pigment, Anaplan etc)

The Requirements:

  • Strong experience in EPM consulting with any partner technology.
  • Deep understanding of the DACH market and regional business culture
  • A proven track record of building client relationships and identifying new opportunities
  • Experience in team leadership and creating high-performing, collaborative teams
  • Confidence working with partner ecosystems / vendor alliances
  • Fluent German & English.
  • Natural strengths in initiative, communication, collaboration and ownership
