Title: Manager / Director, Anaplan Center of Excellence

Location: United States (Remote)

Compensation: $140,000 – $170,000 + 20% Bonus + Equity

About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading Financial Service organization seeking a Manager or Director-level Anaplan professional to help drive the evolution of its enterprise planning capabilities. This is a high-impact role within a growing Center of Excellence, offering the opportunity to own strategic planning initiatives, partner directly with business leaders, and influence how planning technology supports key business decisions.

The ideal candidate combines deep Anaplan expertise with strong finance and business acumen, bringing the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, enhancement, and ongoing development of enterprise Anaplan solutions
• Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and operational stakeholders to deliver business-critical planning capabilities’
• Own model architecture and support the expansion of connected planning initiatives
• Build and enhance planning models from the ground up, ensuring scalability and best-practice design
• Drive roadmap discussions and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping connect planning technology with strategic objectives
• Mentor and support other Anaplan professionals within the organizations

Desired Experience

• 4-5+ years of Anaplan experience
• Anaplan Model Builder certification required (Level 3 preferred)
• Proven experience designing and building Anaplan models from the ground up
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
• Ability to understand business problems beyond system configuration
• Background in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, or related business functions
• Strong understanding of planning processes and financial modeling concepts

Preferred Experience

• Experience within real estate, REITs, property management, or asset-intensive industries
• Understanding of real estate financial planning, capital planning, and investment-related modeling
• Experience working in a Center of Excellence or enterprise planning environments
• Exposure to executive-level stakeholder engagement and strategic planning initiatives
