About the Opportunity

A leading Anaplan partner is expanding its Finance Transformation practice and looking for experienced Anaplan Consulting Managers to lead enterprise planning transformations.

This role combines strong hands-on Anaplan knowledge with project leadership, solution design, and senior stakeholder management.

You’ll take greater ownership of engagements, leading teams and workstreams while remaining technically credible enough to challenge designs and guide the delivery of complex Anaplan solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Anaplan Finance Transformation engagements and major project workstreams
• Own delivery across design, build, testing, deployment, and optimization
• Translate complex FP&A requirements into scalable Anaplan solutions
• Provide technical direction to Model Builders and Consultants
• Review model design, architecture, performance, and development standards
• Lead client workshops and solution-design sessions
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and delivery quality
• Build relationships with senior Finance and FP&A stakeholders
• Mentor junior Anaplan professionals and support their technical development
• Work across budgeting, forecasting, balance sheet, cash flow, and broader financial planning
• Support broader account and practice initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6–8 years of relevant experience
• Significant hands-on Anaplan implementation experience
• Multiple end-to-end Anaplan implementations
• Anaplan Certified Model Builder minimum
• Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner highly preferred
• Strong Finance Transformation / FP&A experience
• Strong understanding of Anaplan architecture and technical best practices
• Previous consulting experience strongly preferred
• Experience leading project teams or major implementation workstreams
• Confident engaging senior and C-level client stakeholders
• Ability to combine technical depth with strong consulting and communication skills
• Able to work within a hybrid consulting environment
• Comfortable traveling up to 60%
