Lead Oracle HCM Implementation Consultant (Core HR)

  • Base salary: $130 – 150k
  • Bonus: 10% utilization (quarterly)
  • Location: US (remote)
  • Travel: 3x per project

I am working with a boutique Oracle SI which is looking for a Senior HCM Consultant to Lead their Core HR Workstreams.

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering 1–2 end-to-end implementations of Oracle Core HR.

Job responsibilities:

  • Lead full lifecycle implementations of Core HR, from discovery through go-live and stabilization
  • Facilitate client workshops to define organizational design, data governance, and HR process requirements
  • Advise on best practices across employee lifecycle events, approvals, security, and transactions
  • Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Time, and technical teams to ensure seamless cross-functional integration
  • Oversee data conversion activities including mapping, validation, and reconciliation
  • Drive testing strategy, defect resolution, and deployment readiness
  • Support change management and user adoption through training and functional leadership

Job requirements:

  • Experience leading 1–2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR implementations
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, organizational structures, and compliance considerations
  • Proven ability to guide client-facing design sessions and drive informed decisions
  • Experience collaborating with data and integration teams to support end-to-end delivery
  • Strong communication skills with executive-level presence
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced consulting environment
