Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Consolidation Consultant to lead and support the end-to-end implementation of Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service). The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with FCCS and a solid understanding of financial close and consolidation processes, along with some exposure to Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service).

We’re open to individuals currently working in industry roles who possess strong technical skills and a desire to grow into a consulting position.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with clients to design, configure, and deploy cutting-edge Oracle EPM Consolidation solutions. You’ll also support integration and light-touch implementations of ARCS.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead or assist with the full implementation lifecycle of Oracle FCCS: from requirements gathering to go-live and post-production support.
• Work directly with clients to design consolidation models that align with reporting, compliance, and statutory needs.
• Configure FCCS modules including consolidation hierarchies, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and close templates.
• Build calculation scripts, dashboards, reports, and data integration pipelines using Data Management and EPM Automate.
• Support ARCS implementations or integrations as needed, including reconciliation formats, profiles, and workflows.
• Conduct system testing, facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), and train business users.
• Stay current on Oracle EPM Cloud updates and best practices.
• Participate in or lead project planning and status reporting.
• Travel to client sites when required.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, with a focus on FCCS.
• Working knowledge or some project experience with ARCS.
• Strong understanding of consolidation accounting, financial close cycles, and intercompany processes.
• Experience with EPM Automate, Smart View, and Oracle Data Management tools.
• Proficiency in scripting business rules and automation.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
• Oracle EPM certifications (FCCS, ARCS) are a plus.
