Lead Financial Systems Analyst (Oracle Fusion)

$130,000 – 150,000 (base salary)

Location: Remote (travel required up to company HQ 25%)

Must be US Citizen or Green cardholder

We’re looking for an experienced financial systems professional to support and enhance enterprise accounting platforms.

This role has a GENERAL LEDGER focus, so experience here is required. It will also involve Chart of Accounts design, allocations, and fixed assets. You will be involved in a company-wide Finance Transformation implementing the entire Oracle Fusion suite of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with finance teams to design and implement system solutions related to ledger operations, account structures, allocations, and fixed assets.
• Lead day-to-day support and enhancements for financial applications.
• Analyze existing workflows to identify and implement improvements.
• Investigate and resolve complex system and process issues.
• Coordinate and lead user testing for new features and updates.
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
• Assist with documentation, training, and system maintenance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience (HS diploma required).
• 2+ years experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP – including General Ledger
• 2+ years in healthcare or PBM industry preferred.
