Lead Consultant (Vena/EPM Implementation) – APAC

We’re working with a growing EPM consulting firm looking to add a Lead Consultant to its North American team.

This is a hands-on consulting role for someone who enjoys owning projects from start to finish, working directly with clients, and helping finance teams modernize their planning and reporting processes.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead end-to-end EPM implementations from discovery through go-live
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout projects
• Configure solutions, deliver workshops, and support user training
• Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes
• Contribute to implementation best practices as the consulting team continues to grow

What they’re looking for:

• 3-4+ years of experience in the Vena/FP&A/EPM space
• 1+ year relevant experience implementing CPM, FP&A, or Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions such as Vena, Planful, Prophix, Adaptive, or similar mid-market solutions
• Experience leading or owning implementations from beginning to end
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting concepts
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with basic database concepts
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Experience with modern cloud EPM platforms preferred (experience focused solely on Oracle is less aligned with this role)
