Position: Lead Consultant – CCH Tagetik

What will you do?

As a Lead Consultant, you’re responsible for the quality of the complete delivery before it goes to the client. You take the lead in implementations from the requirements phase to the actual go-live. You’re an expert in CCH Tagetik or have experience with technologies like OneStream, SAP, Tagetik, or Vena. You’re a true consultant—it’s your job to translate client needs in areas like finance and ESG into technical solutions so that the client gets the right information. You’ll work closely with our clients, Project Managers, and Principal Solution Architects.

In addition, we work with self-managing teams, and within your business team, you are responsible for all aspects. This includes continuous learning, onboarding of new colleagues, and developing sustainable best practices. You translate organizational goals into team objectives using OKRs. You’re also involved in pre-sales activities, showcasing your knowledge and expertise.

Who are you?

We’re looking for a true Lead Consultant—someone who can lead, motivate, and inspire their business team. You understand organizational goals and can translate them into team objectives. You can communicate effectively and understand stakeholder management.

You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and can convert complex challenges into sustainable and innovative solutions. You’re willing to learn multiple CPM technologies such as OneStream, SAP, or Tagetik. You don’t mind traveling across the country in your company car.

You also have:

• 5–7 years of experience in CPM consulting and CCH Tagetik;
• Experience with at least 3 full-cycle CPM projects, including leading multiple workshops for requirements gathering and design definition;
• Knowledge of financial topics such as consolidation, reporting, and planning—you understand how these processes work and the concepts behind them;
• A driver’s license (B);
• Good command of both Dutch and English.
