Oracle HCM Senior Consultant– Time and Labor
We are working with a Consultancy that is looking for an Oracle HCM Time and Labor Lead to join their rapidly growing IT team!

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle Cloud HCM Time and Labor projects involving strategy, implementation, and system optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity.
- Analyze, design, and configure Time and Labor business processes, including rule setup, scheduling, and payroll integrations.
- Execute day-to-day activities of Oracle Cloud advisory engagements across industries, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
- Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical design documents.
- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas, OTBI analyses, and BI Publisher reports to meet business and compliance needs.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on best practices and system capabilities within the Oracle Cloud HCM suite.
- Support business development activities such as proposal development and client presentations.
- Lead and mentor team members, ensuring project deliverables are high-quality, timely, and within budget.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of Oracle ERP / HCM implementation experience, with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud HCM Time and Labor.
- Completion of at least one full life cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Time and Labor as a Techno-Functional Lead or Project Lead.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations and write at a publication-quality level.
- In-depth understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM concepts, Time and Labor configuration, and related integrations.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer-sponsored visa support (e.g., H-1B, OPT, CPT, etc.).
