Corporate Finance & FP&A Analyst / Inhouse Tagetik Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as a Corporate Finance & FP&A Analyst with specialized expertise in the Tagetik system. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes through the utilization of Tagetik.

Responsibilities:

  • Tagetik System Administration: Serve as Solution Architect for the Tagetik system, overseeing system configurations, user access, and troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise. Ensure the system is optimized to meet the needs of the finance team and other stakeholders.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and enhance financial models within the Tagetik system. Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making. As part of the HQ Team, you are responsible for 10-12 locations.
  • Data Management and Integration: Manage the integration of financial data from various sources into the Tagetik system. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across different modules and reports.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate custom reports and dashboards within Tagetik to provide actionable insights to senior management and other stakeholders. Analyze financial performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to finance team members on the effective use of the Tagetik system. Develop documentation and best practices guides to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure system proficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in financial planning and analysis. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiencies, and improve the functionality of the Tagetik system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or related roles, with a strong focus on financial systems administration.
  • Proven experience with Tagetik as Solution Architect
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and report development.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English C1
