Managing approximately $268 billion in assets, the group focuses on leasing, financing, development, design and construction, and property and facilities management.

Job Description

The Senior Analyst, FP&A, will improve financial modeling, reporting, and data processes for private real estate funds using technology. The role bridges finance and technology, with a 65/35 split in business and technical focus.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance data collection and reporting using tools like Anaplan and iLEVEL
• Collaborate with tech teams to deliver effective financial solutions
• Support dashboard development with PowerBI
• Document and translate business requirements for technical implementation
• Explore and integrate new technologies to scale FP&A functions

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related
• 3–5 years in FP&A or finance tech roles
• Strong knowledge of private real estate funds, financial modeling, and tools
• Experience with Anaplan, iLEVEL, PowerBI
• Effective communicator with solid analytical and organizational skills
• Tech-minded with a process improvement mindset

Role is onsite in New York and need full rights to work in US.
