Financial Systems Manager (Oracle EPM)

• Salary: $150,000 – $170,000 base + annual equity
• Office location: San Francisco (Hybrid)

Overview:

We’re seeking a seasoned Oracle EPM professional to lead the design, implementation, and support of our enterprise performance management systems. This role is central to enhancing financial consolidation, reconciliation, planning, and reporting processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead EPM Cloud initiatives, setting strategy and best practices for FCCS, ARCS, EBPCS, and EDMCS.
• Build and maintain complex consolidation and reconciliation models with automated workflows and custom calculations.
• Integrate EPM systems with enterprise platforms to ensure data accuracy and performance.
• Troubleshoot system issues, optimize processes, and implement scalable solutions.
• Partner with Finance to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Provide documentation, training, and mentorship to support knowledge sharing and team growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years with Oracle EPM tools, especially FCCS and ARCS.
• Strong expertise in planning, reconciliation, and data integration.
• Experience with SQL, Groovy, or similar scripting languages.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project leadership skills.
