Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis

Location: Austin, TX

I’m working with an incredible company in Austin as they continue to expand their FP&A team! They are hiring for a new Manager of FP&A! This position will report into the VP of FP&A.

Job responsibilities:

• Facilitate the preparation and administration of annual forecasts, budget, and long-range plans
• Prepare Monthly Finance Operating reviews & multiple formats of financial statements for both internal and external audiences
• Prepare financial presentations for Board of Directors
• Facilitate and maintain the headcount planning, reporting and analysis infrastructure
• Liaison between Corporate Accounting and FP&A
• Liaison between FP&A and IT

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred
• A minimum of five years experience in Accounting/Financial Field
• Financial consolidation and presentation preparation experience is a plus
• Extensive experience with Workday and Report Writing software desired. Adaptive and/or Office Connect preferred
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
