Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Financial Controller to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for monthly reporting, budget coordination, and driving process improvements across our international subsidiaries. If you are detail-oriented, possess strong intercultural skills, and are willing to travel occasionally, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and analyze monthly financial reports.
  • Coordinate budget and forecast processes with regional management.
  • Manage improvement processes at subsidiaries, including occasional international travel.
  • Support annual financial statements activities and prepare figures for consolidation.
  • Ensure local compliance and plan revisions.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in economics or a related field.
  • Initial professional experience in controlling within an international industrial company.
  • Knowledge of LucaNet, Jedox, SharePoint, and abas is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level).
  • Willingness to travel internationally (10-15%).
  • Strong intercultural skills and a reliable, responsible work ethic.
