Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and executing all actions regarding staff costs planning
  • Supporting business goals and decision making, contributing to evolution of the staff cost community, and driving local and global transformation strategies.
  • Collaborating with HR to drive optimisation of workforce planning and resource allocation
  • Liaising with HR Directors and Managers, working closely with the finance team to guarantee accurate data on staff costs to support the business.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years Financial Controlling/FP&A
  • Experience in Workday Adaptive Planning or alternative planning software
  • Experience in budgeting/forecasting staff costs within a large international company
