Financial Analyst / Senior Financial Analyst – Remote (US, EST) – $80-100K

Join a leading company in the CPG/Retail industry as a Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A! This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong Adaptive Planning user with experience in product and consumer-based financial analysis to contribute to strategic decision-making in a dynamic and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop robust forecast models and tools to support financial planning and strategic decision-making.
• Leverage Adaptive Planning to conduct creative product analysis, profitability assessments, and business case evaluations.
• Build reports in Adaptive to track financial performance, identify key business drivers, and uncover risks and opportunities.
• Assist in budget preparation, capital expenditure analysis, and project tracking.
• Partner with teams across marketing, product, IT, and operations to assess financial impacts of new initiatives.
• Provide deep-dive financial insights and recommendations for leadership decision-making.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in CPG, Retail, or SaaS (must have experience with product and consumer-based FP&A).
• Strong Adaptive Planning skills – capable of creating reports, structuring financial analysis).
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, database queries, etc.).
• Understanding of GAAP, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
• Experience with financial modeling and variance analysis.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle EBS) is a plus.
