Finance Systems Analyst (FP&A) – London, Hybrid.

A globally recognised organisation in the education sector is looking to hire an FP&A Analyst / Finance Systems Analyst to join its growing finance systems function in London.

This is a unique opportunity to join a business undergoing significant investment across finance and technology, with strong long-term career progression into a future Finance Systems Manager position. The team is expanding and looking for someone who wants to combine finance, systems, reporting, and transformation work in a highly collaborative international environment.

You’ll work closely with Finance, FP&A, and Technology teams to improve reporting, optimise finance processes, and support the continued development of enterprise finance systems. There will also be the opportunity to gain exposure to FCCS, making this an excellent role for someone looking to deepen their finance systems expertise.

The Role:

• Support and enhance finance planning and reporting systems.
• Partner with FP&A and finance stakeholders to improve reporting and forecasting capability.
• Assist with finance transformation and systems improvement initiatives.
• Support month-end, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
• Analyse financial data and identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation.
• Work across finance and technology teams to troubleshoot and improve system performance.
• Contribute to future FCCS implementation and development projects.

The ideal candidate will have FP&A experience and an employment history in finance systems or transformation roles. You will need a strong understanding of finance and FP&A processes and experience working with Oracle PBCS (or similar EPM tools; TM1, SAC, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, TM1, Board etc).
