Role Overview

As a TM1 Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining robust planning, budgeting, and forecasting applications. You’ll collaborate closely with finance and business stakeholders to deliver solutions that improve reporting accuracy, streamline processes, and provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) models, cubes, rules, and processes.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Develop TurboIntegrator (TI) processes, rules, feeders, and MDX queries.
• Implement best practices for model performance, security, and data integrity.
• Support end users with training, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement by enhancing existing models and developing new functionality.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Over 2+ years’ technical experience with TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics.
• Strong expertise with TM1 Rules, Feeders, TurboIntegrator (TI) processes.
• Good understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• SQL and relational database experience desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Experience in Financial Services is advantageous!
