Finance & Analytics Consultant (Associate / Senior Associate)

You’ll work directly with clients ranging from high-growth startups to large enterprises, helping them design and implement next-generation performance management solutions built on the Microsoft ecosystem (Fabric, Power BI, Power Platform, Excel, AI agents).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partnering with clients to evaluate and redesign finance and FP&A processes
• Gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions
• Building and delivering solutions using the Microsoft stack, including:
• Power BI, Power Query, Fabric
• Excel models and PowerPoint storytelling
• Data pipelines, warehouses, and analytics workflows
• Supporting solution delivery, testing, and client training
• Contributing to internal product development, tools, and methodologies
• Working closely with senior team members in lean, high-impact project teams

Ideal Experience:

• 1–5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Consulting, or related roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
• Strong foundation in financial analysis and business fundamentals
• Exposure to EPM tools or finance systems (any platform)
• Experience or interest in the Microsoft ecosystem is a strong plus:
• Power BI, Power Query, Fabric, Power Platform, Excel
• Interest in AI, automation, and the future of finance
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders
• Evidence of progression, strong tenure, and high performance’

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: Starting at $80,000 (depending on level and experience)
