Manager – Business Intelligence, Power BI & Microsoft Fabric

Salary: 80k-110k (Depending on experience)

Location: Anywhere in Germany

Language: Fluent German required

Our client are seeking an experienced Manager with a strong BI consulting background to lead client engagements and grow a Microsoft Data and Analytics practice, with a particular focus on Microsoft Fabric. The position combines technical understanding, project leadership, client advisory and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex Power BI and Microsoft Fabric consulting projects from strategy through to delivery
• Advise clients on BI strategy, data architecture, semantic modelling and enterprise reporting
• Shape modern data platforms using Microsoft Fabric, including OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Factory and Power BI
• Oversee the development of scalable semantic models, dashboards and reporting solutions
• Manage cross-functional consulting teams and senior client stakeholders
• Identify new opportunities, lead presales activities and sell consulting projects

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in BI, Data and Analytics or EPM consulting
• Strong expertise in Power BI and a good understanding of Microsoft Fabric
• Experience leading BI transformation and implementation projects
• Proven leadership, project management and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience in presales, project acquisition and new business development
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to build trusted client relationships
• Fluent German and strong English-language skills
