A growing, mid-sized EPM Consultancy are currently hiring to expand the Functional strengths of their EPM Implementation Practice. As the Functional Lead, you will leverage terrific knowledge of the consolidation process, to work closely with finance stakeholders and guide them through the implementation process, speaking the language of the team.

This is a remote position in Canada, exclusively considering Canadian Citizens or Permanent Residents.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to identify and document requirements
• Design, Develop, and Integrate Performance Management solutions (Consolidations, Account Reconciliation, Financial Close, Budgeting, Reporting)
• Assist with Project Management duties (including managing project timelines, budget, and providing regular status updates to clients) and with solution testing and UAT for clients
• Provide documentation for delivered solution
• Design and deliver standard and customer specific training classes
• Manage and foster strong ongoing client relationship and provide support to existing clients

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial close process management including Consolidations, Account Reconciliation
• Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or similar
• Knowledge of Investment / Equity eliminations, currency conversion, and intercompany eliminations
• IFRS or US GAAP knowledge (as well if we have larger public companies to implement.)
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office suite in general and Excel in particular is required
• CPA designation is a plus
• In-depth understanding of Cash Flow
• Prior experience with EPM solutions such as OneStream, Oracle EPM, Anaplan, Tagetik, etc.
