EPM Consultant – UK (Hybrid / Remote Options)

Are you an experienced EPM Consultant ready to take on your next challenge?

We’re working with a fast-growing consultancy that delivers large-scale Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) transformations across the UK and Europe. Known for their collaborative culture, cutting-edge projects, and rapid growth, they’re expanding their delivery team to meet increasing client demand.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement EPM solutions across planning, consolidation, and reporting
• Work closely with Finance stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable system designs
• Lead configuration, data modelling, and integration with core ERP systems
• Support upgrades, testing, and end-user training
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in EPM processes

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years’ experience delivering EPM projects (consulting or in-house)
• Hands-on expertise with OneStream, BOARD, Tagetik, SAP BPC/SAC, or equivalent technologies
• Strong understanding of FP&A, consolidation, or performance management processes
• Excellent communication skills and a consultative mindset
• Based in the UK, with flexibility for hybrid or remote work
