Rapidly growing EAM Software Provider seeking talented EAM professionals to join their brilliant delivery team. This is a well-established, highly successful EAM product consistently winning bids/projects against other leading EAM platforms in Maximo, Hexagon EAM etc.

This organization is particularly great at internally promoting and progressing within the team, where many of their current senior leadership team were Consultants, Project Managers and Software Developers less than 10 years ago. This is a perfect opportunity for anyone early in their EAM consulting career and open to making a technology switch to accelerate their career growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end EAM software implementations, working closely with clients to gather requirements and design solutions
• Act as a subject matter expert on the product suite, supporting configuration, testing, and deployment
• Produce key project deliverables including process maps, gap analyses, and functional/technical documentation
• Partner with Project Managers to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timelines
• Collaborate with Product & Development teams to resolve issues and enhance solutions
• Deliver training, consulting, and post-implementation support to customers
• Travel to client sites to support implementation and operational improvements

Requirements

• Consulting experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system implementations
• Strong ability to translate requirements into solutions
• Experience integrating enterprise systems, with knowledge of SQL, databases, or scripting
• Solid problem-solving, testing, and troubleshooting capabilities
• Business process knowledge of asset-intensive, highly-regulated industries (Transit/Rail/Transportation ideal)
• Willingness to travel in a consulting role
