As a Director, you’ll serve as a senior advisor and program lead, guiding enterprise-scale Workday implementations that touch every corner of a healthcare organization—from supply chain to clinical workflows. You’ll oversee large-scale transformations, mentor talented consultants, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with executive stakeholders to realize meaningful results. This is a high-impact, client-facing role designed for a seasoned professional who can bridge the gap between technology and operational performance.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Workday Supply Chain implementations in healthcare environments
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hospital executives and clinical leadership, translating operational goals into system requirements and transformation strategies
- Manage multiple complex engagements, ensuring quality delivery, stakeholder alignment, and on-time execution
- Guide and support project teams with expert insight, strategic leadership, and mentorship
- Identify opportunities for growth within client accounts, supporting business development efforts with credibility and insight
- Maintain and expand executive relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnership
What You Bring
- 10+ years of consulting, advisory, or enterprise implementation experience, with a strong focus on Workday
- Direct experience with Workday Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Financials, and FDM in a healthcare provider setting
- A track record of successfully managing and delivering complex enterprise system implementations
- Strong understanding of hospital and clinical operations, and how supply chain impacts patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and clinical leaders alike
- Demonstrated leadership and team development skills, including the ability to mentor others and build high-performing teams
- Proven ability to drive engagement outcomes while managing scope, timelines, and budget
- Strong documentation, analytical, and organizational skills
- Recognized thought leadership through speaking engagements, publications, or internal forums (a plus)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Workday certifications in relevant modules (Supply Chain, Procurement, Financials, FDM) preferred
- Experience in a clinical or healthcare operations environment is required
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, as needed
