Atlanta client looking a high-impact Director of IT Enterprise Applications to drive innovative and significant change within the IT division throughout the organisation.

The CIO you’d report into was explicitly hired to drive and facilitate substantial change within the company in respect to; how IT communicate and offer shared services to the wider business, how application groups collaborate together, and the growth of the enterprise applications division as a whole.

In this role, you will be given great scope and freedom to drive genuine change within the organisation, ownership over 4 application departments (Finance, Supply Chain, HR etc.) overseeing teams with incredible tenure – and personally, access to employer retirement contributions up to 11%, with 6% match too!

Requirements

• 10+ years working within Enterprise Applications, Business Systems, IT, Technology with recent experience in leadership and strategic positions driving transformational change.
• Passionate and Impactful attitude, someone who can challenge the status quo within the business and drive genuine change.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – able to lead change with confidence.
• At least 5+ years in a leadership role
• Proven familiarity with Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Data Analytics is ideal
