Responsibilities:
- Maintain the OneStream application and deployed cubes across all active environments (Production and Development)
- Manage metadata and all other applicable updates – processing, approval and deployment into OneStream
- Manage consolidations, integrations and perform applicable validations
- Perform quarterly maintenance of OneStream metadata and environments
- Independently provide colleagues OneStream technical support, troubleshoot end-user issues, and deliver user reports and ad-hoc reporting requests
- Implement new OneStream functionality inclusive of any necessary testing and data validation
- Maintain user security matrix as well as standard operating procedures and documentation
- Deliver new user and on-going training
- Maintain effective internal controls over financial reporting process
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or information systems required
- 5+ years of related experience demonstrating knowledge of finance systems required
- Deep knowledge of accounting processes required – forecasting, consolidations and financial reporting (apply to power user roles as function dictates)
- 3+ years of OneStream or HFM Admin experience required
- Knowledge of scripting language (VB.NET, C#, Python, VB.NET) required
- Experience with system implementation and project management preferred
- Understanding of application architecture, change management, compliance, controls and databases preferred
- Communicates clearly and concisely to drive high quality, accurate, and efficient results
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and to collaborate with a team in a deadline driven environment
