Consultant – Oracle EPM (Profitability & Cost Management)

I’m working with a Leading Global Oracle SI to hire an Oracle EPM Implementation Consultant, with experience in Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS) to join this high-performing team. As a Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering Oracle EPM solutions that help clients gain deeper insight into profitability, cost structures, and business performance. You’ll work alongside experienced consultants and client stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable solutions—building your skills across both functional and technical dimensions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle EPM Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS) solutions
• Collaborate with client teams to gather business requirements, document functional specifications, and develop data-driven insights
• Manage assigned workstreams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery with minimal supervision
• Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and assist in solution validation and deployment activities
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, reports, and project documentation
• Contribute to project planning, analytics, and performance tracking
• Support and mentor junior team members while learning from senior consultants
• Participate in internal training programs and continuously build new technical and consulting capabilities

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or a similar technical-functional role
• Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience with Oracle PCMCS (Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into functional documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage tasks independently and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for learning new technologies, methodologies, and tools
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
• Team-oriented approach with strong collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required for client engagements
