My customer are a leading technology providers currently operating in 30+ European countries.

As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will take the technical lead in the pre-sales phase, guide customers through complex cloud landscapes and develop scalable, secure and practical architecture concepts based on Azure and hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level and detailed architecture designs for Azure-based and hybrid cloud environments.
• Facilitate workshops, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), assessments, and deep-dive sessions to clarify customer requirements and shape effective solutions.
• Assess different architectural approaches based on technical feasibility, security standards, cost efficiency, governance considerations, and overall business value.
• Produce and maintain clear technical documentation while contributing to the development of reusable frameworks and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Delivery teams to validate implementation strategies and address complex technical challenges.
• Contribute technical expertise during proposal and contract phases, ensuring solutions are well-defined, realistic, and achievable.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Consultant, IT Architect, or Engineer, ideally within Microsoft cloud ecosystems and international project environments.
• Practical expertise in designing and implementing cloud and hybrid solutions using Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical workshops, PoCs, and architectural deep dives to address complex client needs.
• Solid knowledge of cloud infrastructure, platform management, deployment pipelines, and identity/user administration.
• Experience producing technical documentation, architectural designs, and presales solution assets.
• Strong enthusiasm for technology combined with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical specialists and business stakeholders.
• Fluent in both German and English.
