Celigo Contract | Urgent | Remote | US/India/Singapore hours

Rapidly growing CPG business, backed by a leading private equity firm are looking for an experienced Celigo Developer to own and enhance the NetSuite ERP and eCommerce integration landscape.

This is a full-time and urgent contract role – running from now through go-live in August and likely beyond – is critical in ensuring seamless data flow across NetSuite, Shopify, 3PLs, marketplaces, payment gateways, and other systems.

You’ll be responsible for configuring, customizing, testing, validating, deploying, and maintaining Celigo integrations, particularly across order flows and financial data synchronization.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain integrations in Celigo integrator.io
• Build and enhance integration flows between NetSuite and external systems
• Develop custom logic using JavaScript hooks, mappings, transformations, and lookups
• Manage REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and file-based integrations
• Configure and maintain order flows (sales orders, returns, fulfillments, invoices, payments)
• Ensure accurate field mappings, tax and currency handling, and inventory synchronization
• Troubleshoot order sync failures and implement long-term fixes
• Support UAT with business stakeholders
• Document integration logic and workflows clearly
• Proactively monitor integration dashboards and error queues
• Identify root causes of failures and optimize performance
• Provide technical support to Finance, Operations, and eCommerce teams

Requirements

• 3–5+ years hands-on experience with Celigo integrator.io
• Strong experience integrating NetSuite with eCommerce platforms (Shopify preferred)
• Proven experience building custom JavaScript logic within Celigo
• Deep understanding of ERP transaction flows (Sales Orders, Fulfillments, Invoices, Payments)
• Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and JSON/XML data structures
• Strong data validation and reconciliation experience
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot production integration issues
• Ability to work Singapore & India hours
