Associate Recruitment Consultant

What You Will Do

• Identify and engage top talent through headhunting, networking, referrals, and LinkedIn
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, and client meetings
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and candidate sourcing through to offer acceptance
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
• Qualify client hiring needs and match them with high-calibre professionals
• Maintain an active pipeline of candidates and opportunities using our CRM
• Meet and exceed weekly activity targets and monthly revenue goals
• Work closely with experienced Recruitment Consultants and Leaders, receiving ongoing coaching and mentorship

• Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates strongly encouraged to apply)

Compensation
