Anaplan Specialist

Codex are partnered with a leading global advisory firm seeking to expand its Anaplan capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing technology team that’s driving the firm’s connected planning transformation. You’ll play a key role in designing, building, and optimising Anaplan models that empower business leaders with data-driven insights and smarter decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and enhance Anaplan models, dashboards, and UX pages to support key business initiatives
• Improve Anaplan integrations and data connectivity with other enterprise systems
• Partner with stakeholders across Corporate functions to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions
• Support ongoing model optimizations, upgrades, and performance enhancements
• Mentor and guide fellow model builders on best practices
• Document processes, support data analysis requests, and contribute to cross-functional technology projects
• Explore and learn adjacent platforms (ServiceNow, Workday, etc.) to expand the firm’s digital toolkit

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field
• 3–4 years of Anaplan experience (implementation, management, or consulting)
• Strong understanding of data and process design
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills
• Familiarity with financial concepts and corporate business functions
• Anaplan certifications (Model Builder, Solution Architect, Master Anaplanner) a strong plus
• Experience with Anaplan integrations (CloudWorks, Python, Azure Data Factory, ETL tools) preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Experience mentoring or managing model builders is a plus
