Anaplan Solution Architect
Location: United States (Remote)
Base Salary: $120,000–$160,000 + Bonus + Equity
About the Role
We are working with a fast-growing Anaplan consulting partner that has scaled to 50 employees in under two years in the UK and is now expanding its footprint across the United States. Despite their size, they are already delivering for multiple top-tier US banks and have built a strong reputation for quality and expertise within Financial Services. This role is ideal for a strong Anaplan Solution Architect who wants to focus on delivering excellent projects today while having a clear path to grow technically, commercially, and financially as the firm continues to scale in the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the technical lead on Anaplan implementations, owning solution design and delivery from requirements through deployment
- Design and build scalable Anaplan models across FP&A and Financial Services use cases
- Partner closely with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions
- Ensure best-practice architecture, model performance, and governance across all projects
- Contribute to delivery standards and technical excellence as the US practice grows
- Support knowledge sharing and mentoring within project teams
Required Experience & Profile
- 2–5 years of Anaplan consulting experience, ideally in a Solution Architect or Senior Model Builder capacity
- Strong hands-on technical skills with Anaplan model design, build, and optimization
- Proven ability to lead delivery on Anaplan projects and own outcomes end to end
- Financial Services experience strongly preferred, including banking, asset management, or investment firms
- Comfortable working directly with clients in a consulting environment
- Motivated to grow into more senior responsibility over time
Preferred Qualifications:
- Anaplan Solution Architect
- Experience delivering Anaplan solutions within regulated or complex finance environments
- Exposure to enterprise-scale planning models and integrations
