Compensation: $80,000–$130,000 USD (Dependent on Experience)

About the Opportunity

A large enterprise organization is looking for an Anaplan Model Builder to join its established Center of Excellence (CoE).

The organization has a significant Anaplan footprint, with over 20 Anaplanners across the business supporting Finance and Supply Chain planning. The CoE is continuing to expand its internal capabilities, bringing greater ownership of model development, administration, and support in-house.

This is an excellent opportunity for either an early-career professional with a strong Finance or Data background looking to develop their Anaplan expertise, or an experienced Model Builder looking to grow within a large enterprise environment.

The team is open to candidates with limited Anaplan experience who demonstrate strong technical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and an interest in building a long-term career in enterprise planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Anaplan models across the organization.
• Work with Finance stakeholders on planning processes including SG&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidations.
• Gain exposure to Supply Chain planning use cases, including advanced planning and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Assist with Anaplan model administration, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform support.
• Collaborate with experienced Model Builders and CoE leadership to improve existing models and processes.
• Support the transition of model administration and maintenance from external consulting partners to the internal team.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective planning solutions.
• Contribute to Anaplan best practices, model governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Background in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Business Systems, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Interest in developing technical expertise in Anaplan and enterprise planning.
• Previous Anaplan Model Building experience is beneficial but not required for entry-level candidates.
• Anaplan Level 2 Model Builder certification is desirable for experienced candidates.
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, or data management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn, develop professionally, and take on increasing responsibility.
• Ability to work onsite as required.
