About the Role
We are partnering with a leading global consulting firm to hire an Anaplan Manager / Senior Solution Architect within their Connected Planning practice.
In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Anaplan solutions, helping organizations transform legacy, home-grown planning processes into scalable, enterprise-wide models.
Sitting at the intersection of strategy, finance, and technology, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to architect impactful planning solutions, while leading delivery teams and ensuring successful implementation from initial scoping through to deployment and adoption.
This is a leadership position where you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, manage engagements independently, and mentor teams to drive high-quality outcomes across complex transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-scale Anaplan solutions
- Translate legacy planning processes into best-in-class, scalable models
- Own full lifecycle delivery including requirements gathering, solution design, model build, testing, deployment, and training
- Serve as the primary client contact and manage stakeholder relationships at all levels
- Lead multiple engagements, ensuring delivery quality, timelines, and client satisfaction
- Mentor, coach, and develop model builders and junior architects across project teams
- Drive best practices and delivery excellence using Anaplan Agile methodologies
- Contribute to practice development, including capability building and solution innovation
Required Qualifications
- Certified Anaplan Solution Architect (Level 3 certification required)
- 5+ years of Anaplan implementation experience, including leadership in Solution Architecture roles
- 5+ years of consulting experience delivering client-facing solutions
- Strong experience across use cases such as FP&A, Enterprise Performance Management, Sales Performance Management, S&OP, or Integrated Business Planning
- Proven ability to lead complex client engagements independently
- Experience working across multiple industries (e.g., Financial Services, Energy, or related sectors)
- Advanced Excel and data modeling skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
