Title: Anaplan Solution Architect/CoE Leader

Location: Dallas, TX

Work Setting: (Hybrid)

Compensation: $140,000 – $160,000 Base + Bonus

About the Opportunity

A leading organization is seeking an experienced Anaplan Solution Architect to join and lead its growing Center of Excellence and help shape the future of enterprise planning across the business.

This is a highly visible role that combines solution architecture, business partnership, and strategic planning. The successful candidate will work directly with Finance and business leaders to enhance planning capabilities, support a growing roadmap of initiatives, and deliver scalable solutions that drive better decision-making.

The ideal candidate is more than just a strong technical Anaplanner. They understand business processes, can engage effectively with stakeholders, and enjoy solving complex planning challenges through technology.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Development

• Lead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise Anaplan solutions
• Build scalable models and planning applications from the ground up
• Establish best practices around model architecture, governance, and performance
• Drive platform enhancements and support the expansion of connected planning initiatives
• Evaluate opportunities to improve planning processes through automation and system optimization

Business Partnership

• Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, HR, and operational stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into scalable planning solutions
• Support strategic decision-making through effective planning and forecasting capabilities
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on planning processes and system capabilities

Planning & Analytics

Support and enhance planning solutions across:

• FP&A
• P&L Planning
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Workforce Planning
• Headcount Planning
• Payroll Planning
• G&A Planning
• Operating Expense Planning
• Capital Expense Planning

Roadmap & Innovation

• Support a growing planning roadmap and future platform expansion initiatives
• Contribute to workforce planning, reporting, and data aggregation enhancements
• Evaluate future platform capabilities and emerging planning technologies
• Help shape the long-term vision for enterprise planning across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on Anaplan experience
• Proven end-to-end implementation experience
• Strong solution architecture and model-building expertise
• Experience partnering directly with Finance and business stakeholders
• Strong understanding of planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance technical solution delivery with business objectives

Preferred Qualifications

• Anaplan Solution Architect certification preferred
• Level 3 Model Builder certification preferred
• Experience within Real Estate, Property Management, REITs, or other asset-intensive industries
• Experience with workforce, payroll, and financial planning use cases
• Exposure to Polaris or next-generation Anaplan capabilities
• Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth organizations
• Leadership aspirations and interest in future people management opportunities
