Role: Account Executive – Mid-Market
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Total OTE: $230-320,000 (DOE)
Our client is a fast-growing FP&A software company transforming how finance teams plan, forecast, and make strategic decisions. Backed by strong customer adoption and continued investment, our client is expanding its go-to-market team and is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business across the mid-market segment.
This is a high-impact role for a consultative seller who thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented SaaS environment and enjoys working with finance leaders to solve complex business challenges.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity through close for mid-market accounts
- Engage CFOs, VPs of Finance, and FP&A leaders to understand their planning, forecasting, and reporting needs
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations that clearly articulate business value and ROI
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline through inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and strategic follow-up
- Partner closely with Sales Development, Solutions Consulting, and Customer Success teams to drive successful outcomes
- Accurately forecast revenue and maintain up-to-date CRM records
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Who You Are
- 3–7 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling to mid-market customers
- Experience selling complex or workflow-driven software; FP&A, finance, or data platforms strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles and navigate executive-level conversations
- Consultative sales mindset with strong discovery and value-based selling skills
- Highly organized, metrics-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
