Title: Anaplan Consulting Director – Finance Team

Base Salary: $225,000–$295,000 USD

About the Opportunity

A leading Anaplan partner is looking for a Director to help drive the continued growth of its Finance Transformation practice.

At this level, credible Anaplan and Finance Transformation experience remains important, but the role expands significantly beyond technical delivery.

You’ll be responsible for developing senior client relationships, originating and expanding opportunities, shaping transformation programs, and helping drive revenue growth across the practice.

This is an opportunity for an established Anaplan leader who wants to combine their delivery background with greater commercial ownership and continue progressing toward Partner-level leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and grow senior relationships across CFO and Finance organizations
• Originate new Anaplan and Finance Transformation opportunities
• Lead business development, account expansion, and revenue-generation activities
• Shape complex enterprise transformation programs from initial opportunity through delivery
• Advise CFOs and senior Finance executives on planning and transformation strategy
• Provide executive oversight across major Anaplan engagements
• Maintain credibility around Anaplan solution architecture and delivery
• Guide teams through complex solution and transformation decisions
• Lead, mentor, and develop Senior Managers, Managers, and wider consulting teams
• Identify opportunities to expand Anaplan across broader Finance use cases
• Contribute to go-to-market strategy and the continued development of the Anaplan practice
• Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat and expanded business

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of relevant consulting / Finance Transformation experience
• Significant Anaplan experience with a credible technical and delivery background
• Strong understanding of enterprise FP&A and Finance Transformation
• Anaplan Certified Model Builder minimum
• Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner highly preferred
• Track record leading complex enterprise transformation programs
• Demonstrated sales, business development, and account-growth experience
• Ability to originate opportunities and develop senior executive relationships
• Strong network and credibility across CFO / Finance organizations
• Experience leading and developing high-performing consulting teams
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders
• Commercial mindset with an interest in building a practice and generating revenue
• Able to work within a hybrid consulting environment
• Comfortable traveling up to 60%
