An exciting fintech company is looking for an Anaplan Analyst to join its growing FP&A Systems team.

This is an opportunity to work alongside an experienced Anaplan Lead while supporting the continued evolution of the company’s planning platform. You’ll help deliver key initiatives across forecasting, reporting, automation, and AI, playing a hands-on role in shaping the future of enterprise planning.

Key Responsibilities

Anaplan Development

• Design, build, and maintain Anaplan models supporting enterprise planning processes
• Develop scalable solutions for forecasting, reporting, and financial planning
• Manage data imports, exports, and model enhancements
• Ensure models follow Anaplan best practices for performance and scalability

Business Partnership

• Partner with Finance, Operations, and business stakeholders to gather requirements
• Translate business needs into effective Anaplan solutions
• Support end users through training and ongoing platform enhancements
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives

Reporting & Analytics

• Support revenue forecasting, KPI reporting, and operational planning
• Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable business insights
• Perform scenario planning and ad hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Help automate reporting processes and improve data accuracy

Strategic Projects

You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to several exciting initiatives, including:

• Automation of system integrations
• Expansion of FP&A forecasting capabilities across additional financial planning processes
• AI-driven automation initiatives leveraging modern AI technologies
• Continuous enhancement of planning and reporting capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Anaplan experience
• Experience building and maintaining Anaplan models
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Experience supporting forecasting, planning, and reporting processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Anaplan Level 1 and Level 2 Certifications
• Experience within Financial Services, FinTech, or Payments
• Advanced Excel skills
• SQL or database experience is a plus
• Passion for automation and emerging AI technologies
