Financial Systems Manager (Pigment)
United States (Hybrid) – New York | $160K–$200K Base + Benefits | No Sponsorship
We’re seeking a Financial Systems Manager (Pigment) to lead the implementation, administration, and optimization of Pigment, our enterprise planning platform. This is a highly visible role at the intersection of Finance, Data, and Technology, focused on building scalable planning processes, financial models, and reporting capabilities within Pigment. You’ll join a fast-growing, mission-driven organization where you’ll own a critical business system, partner directly with senior leadership, and help shape the future of planning through modern technology, automation, and AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the implementation, configuration, administration, and ongoing enhancement of Pigment
- Serve as the internal Pigment subject matter expert and primary point of contact for planning system initiatives
- Design and maintain financial models, workflows, and planning structures within Pigment
- Lead integrations between Pigment and ERP, HRIS, CRM, and operational systems
- Partner with Finance, Data, and Engineering teams to improve data quality and planning processes
- Support budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and long-range planning through Pigment
- Develop management reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking leveraging Pigment and BI tools
- Drive adoption, governance, documentation, and best practices across the Pigment ecosystem
- Identify opportunities to automate planning, forecasting, and reporting processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Systems, FP&A, Strategic Finance, or related fields
- Hands-on experience implementing, administering, or optimizing Pigment required
- Strong understanding of FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Experience building driver-based planning models within Pigment or comparable EPM platforms
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with modern data warehouse environments
- Experience integrating Pigment with enterprise systems and data platforms
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
