About the Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced accounting professional who wants to move beyond traditional accounting roles and help customers transform how their finance organizations operate.

As an Accounting Solutions Consultant, you’ll partner directly with Controllers and accounting leaders to understand their processes, identify automation opportunities, and guide the successful deployment of AI-driven solutions.

You’ll operate at the intersection of accounting, technology, and customer strategy—playing a critical role in both winning customers and ensuring they achieve measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Own

Trusted Advisor to Finance Teams

• Engage directly with Controllers and accounting leaders to understand their operating environment
• Analyze close processes, reconciliations, and reporting workflows
• Identify where automation can create the greatest impact while maintaining strong controls and compliance

Solution Strategy & Delivery

• Design practical solutions that align with customer accounting requirements
• Guide customers from discovery through implementation
• Partner with internal teams to ensure solutions are accurate, scalable, and audit-ready

Voice of the Customer

• Bring frontline accounting insights back to Product and Engineering
• Help shape future capabilities based on real customer needs
• Contribute to implementation methodologies and best practices as the company scales

What You Bring

• 7+ years of accounting experience in public accounting, industry, or both
• Strong understanding of month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes
• Experience working with modern ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Intacct, Dynamics 365, or Oracle
• Familiarity with close management and accounting automation tools
• Ability to communicate confidently with senior finance stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking and practical problem-solving skills
• Interest in technology and improving how finance teams operate
