Title: Anaplan FP&A Manager

Work Setting: Remote

Compensation: $130,000 – $160,000

About the Role

We are supporting a global healthcare technology organization seeking an experienced Anaplan professional to join its FP&A Systems & Analytics team. This role will focus on enhancing and managing enterprise financial planning models, improving reporting processes, and supporting FP&A stakeholders through scalable planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to gather requirements for enhancements and new planning solutions
• Design, build, test, and deploy complex Anaplan models using best practices
• Develop user-friendly experiences through Anaplan UX and dashboards
• Support process automation and continuous improvement initiatives across FP&A
• Maintain Anaplan modules, lists, actions, dashboards, and integrations
• Collaborate with IT teams on integrations between Anaplan and source systems
• Deliver user training, documentation, and ongoing support
• Contribute to expanding connected planning capabilities across the organization

Preferred Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related quantitative discipline
• 4–6 years of hands-on Anaplan model building experience within FP&A environments
• Level 2 Model Builder certification required
• Experience with Polaris, Workflow, and Anaplan Data Orchestrator (ADO) preferred
• Strong stakeholder communication and business partnering skills
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting concepts
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
