Excellent opportunity to join a growing and well-established IBM Maximo consulting business in a key leadership role. This position will act as a natural successor to an existing NA Delivery Leader, making this an ideal step-up opportunity for a senior Maximo consultant looking to take on more ownership and leadership responsibility.

This role will balance hands-on Maximo consulting delivery with internal operational management. The right person will be highly organized, customer-facing, and comfortable driving structure, accountability, and consistency across projects and internal processes.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead consultant across Maximo delivery activities
  • Manage day-to-day consulting operations, including timesheets, project tracking, daily scrums, and team coordination
  • Support project management activities across multiple Maximo client engagements
  • Ensure internal processes and delivery standards are consistently followed across the team
  • Work closely with leadership to help stabilize and improve operational workflows
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and delivery expectations
  • Serve as a positive and professional client-facing leader
  • Coordinate communication between consultants, customers, and internal stakeholders
  • Provide hands-on functional Maximo consulting support across ongoing delivery projects
  • Support clients across service management and operational improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to maintaining a collaborative, accountable, and delivery-focused culture

Requirements

  • Up to 10 years experience leading Maximo delivery engagements
  • English and French Fluency Required
  • Experience across Service Management and Project Management activities
  • Comfortable managing day-to-day operational responsibilities within a consulting environment
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Positive leadership style with excellent communication skills
  • Customer-facing consulting experience is essential
  • Able to manage multiple priorities across delivery, operations, and stakeholder management
  • Looking for a long-term leadership position focused on delivery and operational excellence
