About the job
My client, a modern financial advisory firm, is looking to add a manager-level hire to their team.
The firm works hands-on with founder-led and growth-stage companies. The firm partners directly with leadership teams to strengthen financial decision-making, build scalable infrastructure, and support disciplined growth.

You will enter with strong finance fundamentals and expand your scope to include:
- Ownership of complex, cross-functional business challenges
- Leadership of senior client relationships
- Decision-making under ambiguity
- Coaching and development of junior team members
- Strategic advising to founders and executives
What You’ll Do…

- Overseeing or partnering on accounting and close processes
- Serving as a trusted finance and strategy advisor to founders and CEOs

- Translating complex analysis into clear executive-level recommendations
- Presenting insights to leadership teams and boards
Who This Role Is For…

- Has led core senior finance functions (FP&A, forecasting, cash management, executive or board reporting) in a complex or high-growth environment
- Wants to expand beyond finance into broader operating leadership
- Is comfortable making decisions with incomplete information
- Prioritizes outcomes over scope management
- Actively seeks feedback and uses it to improve leadership effectiveness
- Is motivated by responsibility and impact rather than title alone
