Our client, a high-growth, pre-IPO SaaS firm, is looking for a Strategic Finance Associate with Pigment system user experience to join their finance team.
This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape the Sales Finance function at a fast-growing, pre-IPO company within a dynamic Strategic Finance team. As one of the team’s early members, you’ll serve as a key partner to cross-functional go-to-market teams—providing financial insights, enhancing strategic decision-making, and driving operational excellence. Your contributions will be instrumental in scaling the business and advancing its financial maturity.
We’re searching for finance professionals, who also happen to be Pigment power-users, to help our client unlock the full potential of their financial and operational planning. You will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision making, increasing forecasting accuracy, and elevating financial planning and strategy across the business.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with leaders across the Sales organization, including teams in Sales Operations, Sales Development, Solutions Engineering, and Channel Sales.
- Take full ownership of top-line forecasting models to enhance visibility into quarterly performance and long-term growth trends.
- Develop, manage, and track key go-to-market (GTM) metrics and leadership dashboards; support strategic planning and sales goal-setting processes.
- Create data-driven business cases for new initiatives and lead ad hoc analyses to address the most pressing questions facing the sales teams.
- Execute with urgency and adaptability — dive into details to solve immediate challenges while keeping an eye on scalable, long-term solutions.
