Oracle HCM Consulting Manager – Payroll

We are working with a Big 4 Consultancy which is looking for an Oracle HCM Payroll Lead to join their growing team!

Job responsibilities:

• Contribute to Oracle Cloud HCM / Payroll projects, including strategy development, implementation support, and system optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity.
• Analyze and document Oracle Cloud Payroll business processes.
• Execute day-to-day activities of Oracle Cloud advisory engagements across industries, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project assessments.
• Provide guidance to clients on business processes and available system functionalities within the Oracle Cloud application suite.
• Present key findings and recommendations to client stakeholders and senior leadership.

Job qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Lead or Architect specializing in Oracle Cloud and EBS Payroll.
• At least 3 full life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Payroll as a Functional Lead or Architect, with experience in:
• Functional design
• Fast formulas
• Costing
• Balance conversion
• HDL (HCM Data Loader)
• Configuration
• Process alignment
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud Payroll best practices and operational processes.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer-sponsored visa support (e.g., H-1B, OPT, CPT, etc.).
