Group Accounting Manager – IFRS (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and consolidation of group financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP
• Maintain and develop group-wide accounting standards and reporting guidelines
• Act as a key contact for subsidiaries and external auditors on accounting and reporting matters
• Manage strategic finance projects, including the introduction of IFRS reporting processes
• Support the rollout and administration of consolidation tools
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of accounting professionals

Candidate Profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in group accounting or auditing, ideally with leadership exposure
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS
• Structured, independent, and solution-driven way of working with proven leadership ability
• Experience with consolidation systems (e.g., Tagetik, LucaNet, or comparable tools)
• SAP experience is advantageous
• Fluent English (C1); German language skills are beneficial
