Job Title: Adaptive Administrator (Workday Adaptive Planning)

Location: Hybrid in New Jersey

My client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Adaptive Administrator to own and optimize their Workday Adaptive Planning platform.

Role Overview:

The Adaptive Administrator will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and supporting our Adaptive Planning environment. This role partners closely with Finance, HR, and other business leaders to ensure accurate modeling, reporting, and forecasting capabilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, technically savvy, and comfortable translating business needs into system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Workday Adaptive Planning, ensuring system integrity, security, and performance.
  • Manage model structures, hierarchies, dimensions, and assumptions to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot issues, manage user access, and provide training and documentation to end
  • Stay up to date on Workday Adaptive features and recommend process/system improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2–4+ years of experience administering Workday Adaptive Planning (or similar EPM systems).
  • Proficiency with system configuration, data loads, and integrations.
  • Advanced Excel and data management skills are a plus.
