Principal Oracle EPM Consultant – Hybrid, Norway!

We’re looking for a Principal Oracle EPM Consultant to lead projects, drive growth, and mentor colleagues as part of our client’s dynamic Norwegian team.

Our client are a global leading finance transformation Consultancy with (250+ employees worldwide) across the Nordics and EU. They are offer a full spectrum of services, including advisory, technology implementation, and managed operations, with a strong focus on Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and analytics.

Oracle is just one of the EPM’s they specialize in, so they have broad range of software you could gain exposure to!

Responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle EPM Cloud projects from strategy to delivery
• Build client relationships and be a key contribution to business development
• Writing purposeful proposals to win new business
• Provide expert guidance on financial models and digital finance solutions
• Support and mentor junior team members

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in Oracle EPM
• Proven experience leading Oracle EPM or digital finance transformation projects
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
• Deep understanding of finance system processes and analytics
• Ability to guide a team to successful project delivery
