Senior/Lead EPM Consultant (Workday Adaptive Planning & Pigment) – Remote – $110-140K

Are you a rising FP&A systems expert looking to grow with the next wave of planning technology?

A fast-growing consulting firm in the financial planning tech space is seeking a Senior or Lead Consultant with hands-on experience in Workday Adaptive Planning, and a strong desire to learn and implement Pigment, one of the most in-demand planning tools on the market.

This is a rare opportunity to work directly with industry leaders, including consultants with deep Adaptive roots and early Pigment adoption experience. You’ll help organizations modernize their FP&A capabilities while building your own consulting portfolio in both tools.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead client engagements implementing Workday Adaptive Planning and/or Pigment solutions
• Translate complex business needs into scalable, intuitive planning models
• Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to design and configure planning processes
• Support data integration, model building, dashboard/report creation, and change management
• Participate in client training and post-go-live support
• Stay current on industry trends and innovations in the planning software ecosystem
• Help build a strong delivery culture in a growing start-up environment

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of experience implementing or consulting in FP&A systems, especially Workday Adaptive Planning
• Eager to learn Pigment and become an expert in the newest, fastest-growing planning tool
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive project outcomes
• Background in FP&A, accounting, or corporate finance
• Confident in your ability to build models, write formulas, and craft visual reports
• Positive, proactive, collaborative, and excited to help grow a high-performing team
